Also our Oregon hunting ranches have rocky mountain elk and mule deer with 30 thousand private acres that backs up to Oregon forest land. These private ranches have more than 2 thousand acres of alfalfa and winter wheat. Nicholson Yacht Charters Our History In 1949, on the remote island of Antigua, West Indies, the Nicholson family enroute to Australia on their 73 feet schooner, MOLLIHAWK, arrived at the Naval Base of English Harbour. Fascinated by the beauty and history of the island, they stayed for a while. At that time, the elegant Mill Reef Club was being built.
